About Yalent
I’m a global operating leader who is passionate about building products that deliver customer value and extraordinary experiences. I’ve scaled a venture stage organization and global capabilities for leading digital firms, including Google and Digitas.
The Birth of Yalent
The drive to be an entrepreneur has always been a core part of who I am. So, when my good friend and fellow MIT alum, Amir Barsoum, invited me to join him in founding InVitro Capital, I didn’t hesitate—I jumped in headfirst. Our vision? To create a Venture Studio that turns big ideas into real, impactful businesses.
As we worked closely with founders, one truth became undeniable: their time was being drained by operational tasks that could—and should—be automated.
That realization inspired us to launch Yalent. The mission was simple but deeply powerful—so compelling, in fact, that it led me to dedicate myself fully to Yalent as CEO, with a singular focus on empowering founders to focus on what matters most.
Empowering Founders
Helping founders reignite their focus by eliminating time-consuming burnout tasks, starting with AI recruiting.
We believe the best products are built with community input. That’s why we’re building Yalent completely in public.
